Celesta is a top or dress pattern for girls aged 2 to 16.

This sleeveless model features a rounded neckline at the front and a V-neckline at the back.

A horizontal pleat above the bust creates a yoke under which gathers give a little fullness.

The neckline and/or armholes can be embellished with a lace or broderie anglaise braid. The braid doesn't go all the way around the armhole, but disappears just below the fold. Finishes are made with an invisible bias.

For smaller sizes, a snap opening is added on one shoulder to allow the head to pass through.

This model is fairly quick to sew. Take your time with the finishing touches!
