Please note that automatically after an order, we send you an email containing the download links for the PDF patterns. The email has the subject: "[Wissew] Download the ordered products". Depending on the security settings of your email inbox, this email may end up in your spam folder. Have you thought about checking your spam folder?
For your future orders, please note that you can also download the ordered pattern(s) directly from the order confirmation page.
Lastly, know that you can retrieve your ordered PDF patterns at any time from your customer account. There are two ways to do this, depending on your type of order.
1 - If you have a Wissew customer account, log in to your account by clicking on this link. Enter your email address and password. If you do not remember your password, you can reset it.
In the menu, go to the "My Orders" section, all your orders appear in a table. After identifying the previously placed order, click on "Details" in the rightmost column.
You will then arrive on the page summarizing your purchase made on Wissew. Scroll down to the list of ordered products and click on the name of the pattern to download. Your pattern will then automatically download to the "Downloads" section of your computer.
2 - If you ordered as a guest, go to this link and enter your order number and your order email. Your order number should have been sent to you by email, remember to check your spam folder.
You will then arrive on the page summarizing your purchase made on Wissew. Scroll down to the list of ordered products and click on the name of the pattern to download. Your pattern will then automatically download to the "Downloads" section of your computer.

Are you wondering how to print the pattern you just acquired?
As with all conventional prints, you need an A4 printer if your pattern is in A4 format.
However, you need to pay attention to two things to be sure of the right scale:
1- your printer must be properly configured with a 100% scale, so that it does not add any margin to you. In addition, remember to respect the orientation: landscape or portrait.
2- print the test square of your PDF only (small square of an area of ​​the PDF pattern allowing to realize the scale) measure it and check if the scale is the correct one. Once verified, you can print the entire pattern.
If the pattern is in A0 format, which is the actual size, we recommend that you go and use a self-service printer in town instead.
Faq Sections

All our PDF patterns are sold in A4 format, which can be printed using a standard home printer. In addition to A4 format, some patterns are also available in A0 format.
The A0 format saves time on the assembly stage. For these, use a professional printer or visit a print shop. Whether you choose A0 or A4, the final result will be the same.
In general, seam allowances are included in all our patterns, with some exceptions. However, we recommend checking the pattern manual to confirm the seam allowance values.
For A3, A4 and US Letter formats, you can piece together the board using the assembly drawing, remember to cut out the margins if necessary and to neatly glue the sheets together.
