Sewing level: Intermediate. This pattern requires prior experience working with stretch and knit fabrics. This is not a first-project pattern.
Seam allowances are NOT included. This is noted on the cover, throughout the instruction book, and on every pattern piece. The instruction book includes a step-by-step guide for adding seam allowances correctly before cutting.
This pattern requires stretch fabric. A standard woven fabric will not work. Double jerseys such as Ponte Roma or scuba are recommended — fabrics with good stretch recovery that hold their shape over time.
A serger or overlock machine is strongly recommended. A standard straight stitch will not hold on stretch fabric under regular wear. A stretch stitch or serger is needed for a durable result.
Check the size chart before purchasing. Sizing standards vary by region. The size chart is in the listing photo gallery — chest and body measurements are the key references for this pattern.
