Nekkar is a sewing pattern for making a short dress or blouse. The pattern comes with two different sleeve styles: one is short and wide kimono-style and the other 3/4 has a puffed effect thanks to a bracelet at the bottom of the sleeve.

Like pleats? We've got you covered: a set of religious pleats embellish the front and back.

The basque or bottom of the dress is gathered at the waistline to highlight the bust, and there's a drop at the back neckline for easy slip-on.
