Azureen a knit dress with underbust cross ties that emphasize the waist and tie at the back.
You can sew it with long, ¾ or short sleeves. There are also two possible skirt heights, one knee-length and one shorter (you have a chart of finished measurements to check the height).
You can sew it on both serger and sewing machine.

The pattern is also available in projection and A0 formats (note that on this pattern there is a small section to be assembled on the A0 for sizes 54 to 60).
