Nom d'une couture is a model in two versions: a top or a dress.
Both versions feature vertical cut-outs on the front and back in which a "snail" ruffle is sandwiched in the seam. Similarly, there's another flounce between the sleeve and the sleeve.
Sleeves can be long or short. Long-sleeve bottoms are gathered and finished with cuffs. Short sleeves are finished with stitched hems. This model can also be made sleeveless.
The neckline is rounded and finished with a topstitched neckband. The bottom of the top has a quilted hem. The bottom of the dress is slightly hindered and finished with a quilted hem. There are no fastenings on these models, so they must be made in knit fabric.
