Rosea is a top or dress pattern for girls aged 2 to 16.

This pattern can be sewn in both woven and jersey fabrics.

The gathered ruffles are integrated directly into the front and back pieces. They can be finished with a pretty braid of lace or mini-pompons, or with a fringed bias for example.

To allow for the passage of the head for the non-stretch fabric version, a drop opening is created at the back of the neckline.
The top version can be sewn with a gathered basque, and small ribbed pleats can be added to the neckline.
