Fabric B: 50 cm (to make the reverse of the flounce in another material)
A 20 cm zipper
Thermobonding to reinforce the waistband

For a size T48:

Fabric A: 150 cm
Fabric B: 50 cm (to make the reverse of the flounce in another material)
A 20 cm zipper
Thermobond to reinforce the waistband

Recommended fabrics :

Choose a fabric with some hold for the "skirt" part (jacquard, denim, velvet, cotton, wax...).
However, if you want to make the flounce in the same fabric, make sure it's not too thick to avoid extra thickness at the waistline. Also, if your fabric allows it, don't hesitate to avoid doubling your flounce!
