Margot Delbeque @margot.delbeque and I are delighted to present the sewing pattern that came out of our collaboration: the Margot jumpsuit!

Margot is a jumpsuit available in flare pants, straight pants or flared shorts, with short sleeves, straight sleeves or puffed long sleeves. It's very high-waisted and closes with a zipper that you can choose to put only on the front fork or on the whole front of the suit.

With this pattern, you can make 9 garments:

- straight trouser suit with short sleeves,

- straight trouser suit with straight sleeves,

- straight pants and puffed sleeves,

- flare pants and short sleeves,

- flare pants and straight sleeves,

- flare pants and puffed sleeves,

- shorts and short sleeves,

- shorts and straight sleeves,

- shorts and puffed sleeves.

In its short-sleeved version with pants, whether flare or straight, I recommend a dark denim, to match with a pair of white sneakers. For shorts, choose a patterned linen blend to match with sandals. And for long sleeves and pants, choose a plain viscose crepe to wear with ankle boots for a dressier look!

Margot is a very high-waisted jumpsuit. For ease of movement, I recommend a fabric with 2% elastane if you want your suit to be stiff: denim, cotton gabardine, velvet...

If you want it to be more fluid, no need for elastane, but choose a soft fabric such as viscose linen, viscose, light crepe, viscose twill, tencel twill.
