Description
The Shaw Short pictured was created with a cotton eyelet from Hobby Lobby.
Lengthening and shortening provisions are provided.
Tools:
- sewing machine or serger
- shearing scissors
- pins
Suitable fabrics:
Other fabrics to consider are light weight wovens with great drape. Voile, rayon, silk, rayon challis and similar fabrics. Some stiffer fabrics that also would work well are linen, twill, calico cottons and suiting.
All sizes will require 1.4m/1.4 yards of fabric. You might also want to use a very minimal amount of light weight fusing for the waistband but it's not required.
