For the same size, the model will be more fitted on a man, looser on a woman.

This pattern is designed for serger assembly. The decorative stitching (pocket and hood) is done on the sewing machine. However, it is entirely possible to sew it entirely on a sewing machine.

The PDF patterns are to be printed by you. The A4 booklet sheets are to be assembled edge-to-edge. Laeti & Léa patterns are Multicalque, so you're free to print one size or several, with or without seam allowance.

Materials required

Fabric

- A stretch fabric: French Terry, sweatshirt jersey, fleece, minky, velvet knit, fleece.

The fabric you choose should have at least 20% stretch, i.e. a 10cm strip should be able to stretch to 12cm when stretched perpendicular to the grain.

- The following parts can be cut in ribbed fabric or in the main fabric: collar, cuff bands, waist band.

Small haberdashery

- Matching thread, stockinette needles, twin needle.

- For the hooded version and if you wish to use a hooded cord: 2 x 3 cm squares of iron-on fabric, 2 eyelets, 1 m to 1.20 m of cord (depending on size).

- For the zippered version: fusible web bing for the facing and middles of the front bust pieces, front pocket and waistband.

- Bias for collar neckband (see table).

- For the zippered version: a separable zipper (55 to 65 cm depending on stature).
