Digital sewing pattern GOTAN for children

Gotan is a jegging pattern for girls aged 2 to 16.

The cut is slim or eph' leg. The originality of this pattern lies in the lovely curved line linking the back yoke to the front cut-out. This cut-out is optional and you can make a simpler version.

A contraction of jeans and leggings, jeggings are as close-fitting and comfortable as leggings, while taking up the codes of jeans for a dressier, less sportswear style: pockets, (false) fly, yokes at the top of the back and contrasting topstitching.

Gotan is easier to sew than a pair of jeans: the false fly is an illusion, and the waistband is a band into which an elastic band slips. You can also simplify assembly with a version that has no cut-outs, no stitching and no pockets. All that's left is to choose from over 60 different sew-in versions!
