This intermediate-level sewing pattern includes sizes 32-50FR and three versions. You can make a dress or top with or without sleeves. What's more, you can tie the waistband in two different ways for easy style changes.

LAURA is first and foremost a very flattering dress, with overlapping v-necks on the front and a pretty bow on the back. The entire top is fully lined. The skirt of this dress is very fluid. The slit at the front of the left leg offers a beautiful amplitude of movement. The back neckline falls slightly below the waist. With this pattern, you have three garment variations: a long dress, a short over-the-knee dress and a top. What's more, you can add sleeves to each of these variations.

Description

Fabrics

Choose flowing fabrics with a lovely fall: satin, crepe or viscose. You can also use cotton canvas for the top.

Fabric width: 1.40m.

Metric (or fabric length) including 10cm margin to allow for shrinkage in the wash:

Version A: Sizes 32-40 3.30m.Sizes 42-50 3.70m.
Version B: Sizes 32-40 3m. Sizes 42-50 3.30m.
Version C: Sizes 32-40 2,30m. Sizes 42-50 2,40m.

Please note that this yardage is specifically calculated for a 140cm width. It is not suitable for narrower widths.

Iron-on

Choose a fine knit iron-on. If your fabric is very fluid, you can iron-on the entire outside of the top.
Versions A, B and C: 1m.

Haberdashery

22cm invisible zipper.
One spool of polyester sewing thread in matching color.
OPTIONAL: Three cones of thread in matching color for the serger. You can either use a similar color you already have, or zig-zag if you don't own a serger.
