For this blouse, consider primarily your bust size. If your hips are more than 2 sizes above your bust, it's best to graduate between the two sizes from chest to hips.
If you're between sizes, go up a size.

Sizes 32 to 42 :
- 150 cm of fabric (in 140)
Sizes 44 to 50 :
- 180 cm fabric (in 140)
For all sizes :
- 80 cm fine fusible web

- Matching thread
For balloon or puff-sleeve versions:
- Less than 1 m of thin, flat elastic
Optional:
- 120 cm of piping or braid (to emphasize the front yoke cut-out)
Recommended fabrics
The Nyala blouse is designed to be sewn in a non-stretch fabric.
Depending on the season and the look you want, you can opt for fabrics that are more or less fluid and mark the pleat to a greater or lesser extent: viscose, viscose twill, cotton poplin, tencel, lace, satin, crepe, etc.
The model has a facing, so avoid transparent fabrics or take this into account.
The front of the blouse is in two parts, so you can sew the yoke into a second fabric to create a play of materials, or emphasize the cutout by incorporating piping or braid.
