The Galy sewing pattern is a long dress with ruffles and a pretty halter.

This feminine, well-tailored dress will enhance a wide range of body types.

The Galy dress fastens with drawstrings at the neck and back. The waist is elasticated.

This pattern is available in three lengths: maxi dress (as shown, with three ruffles), midi dress (with two ruffles) or mini dress (with one ruffle).

All the steps are explained in the tutorial, and we've provided detailed sketches to help you make your project a success.

This pattern is available in sizes 34 to 46. The size chart is shown in the image. Sewing margins are included in the pattern (1 cm).

- A spool of thread to match the fabric

- 2.20 m fabric with a minimum width of 1.40 m. Allow an extra 30 cm if you wish to make your own cords.

- A 2 cm wide elastic band (Size 34: 64 cm / Size 36: 68 cm / Size 38: 72 cm / Size 40: 76 cm / Size 42: 80 cm / Size 44: 84 cm / Size 46: 88 cm)

- A 3 cm long cord ( This is optional, as the tutorial includes a step dedicated to the creation of links).

Recommended fabric: To achieve the same look as the photos, we recommend fabrics such as crepe, viscose, muslin, linen, poplin, plumetis, etc.
